Join us for a beautiful Mother’s Day celebration designed to uplift and support expecting and new mothers across Prince George’s County. The Black Maternal Needs Matter: Community Baby Shower is more than an event—it’s a movement rooted in joy, resources, and recognition of the unique needs of Black moms.

Taking place on Saturday, May 10th from 11 AM to 3 PM at Seat Pleasant Elementary School, this baby shower will feature:

  • Free diapers, strollers, and essential baby items

  • Health and wellness resources

  • Express maternity photoshoots for moms

  • Doula sign-ups and lactation support

  • A powerful Black maternal health conversation

  • Giveaways, games, music, and more!
